2. Mr. Redkar submits that a private notice of the present application has been given to the office of the learned Counsel for the respondent no. 1. He has shown to this Court the endorsement from the office of the learned Counsel for the respondent no. 1 on the letter informing about today's date of hearing. However, none present for respondent no. 1.

3. By this application, the applicant who is the petitioner in Criminal Revision Application No. 52/2014 has prayed for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.75,000/- by two weeks from today, as directed by order dated 12.11.2014.

4. In view of the statements made in the application, time to comply with the order dated 12.11.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 250/2014 is extended by two weeks from today.

5. The application stands disposed of.
