2. Since the relief in this Civil Application is not opposed by Ms. Priyanka Kamat on the basis of the instructions, this Civil Application is granted in terms of prayer clause (A), which reads as follows :

mca118-20dtd.13-02-20 "(A) Bank Guarantee (No.324901GL0000915 dated 7/3/2015 from Union Bank of India for sum of Rs.7 lakhs) furnished in Service Tax Appeal No.1/2014 may be released and Bond (signed by Assistant Commissioner of Central Excise, Goa Commissionerate for sum of Rs.28.40 lakhs) also furnished in Service Tax Appeal No.1/2014 may be directed to be cancelled."
