2. For the reasons stated in the application, place the matter for final hearing as per the turn in the matters of senior citizen.

3. Mr. A. Nachinolkar, the learned counsel points out that similar appeal has already been admitted by this Court. Hence, place the above appeal along with Second Appeal No. 41 of 2013. The preparation of paper book is dispensed with. The parties are at liberty to file the notes of evidence if they so desire.
