The respondent no.3(g) died. Therefore, the applicants wanted to bring the legal representatives on record. In that process, there occasioned a delay of 91 days. To have the delay condoned, the applicants have filed this application.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, which is a composite one for delay condonation and for bringing legal representatives on record, I allow it. Amendment to be carried out in two weeks.
