Mr Damania states that necessary steps would be taken to serve the unserved respondents within two weeks from today without fail. This statement is accepted.

In Misc. Civil Application No.91/2023, he submits that substituted service by way of publication may be allowed since the earlier steps to serve respondents no.10 and 11 have not resulted in service.

Considering the statements made in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of its prayer clause which reads as follows:

22-MCA-91 & 92-23 IN STM-1362-20 (F).DOC "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to order service to Respondents No. 10 and 11 above named by publication in the daily Marathi newspaper "Gomantak" which has circulation in the locality where the Respondents No. 10 and 11 have voluntarily resided."

The returnable date shall now be 27.04.2023. Mr Damania states that necessary steps would be taken towards publication and affidavit of service will also be filed before the returnable date.

Misc. Civil Application No.91/2023 is accordingly allowed in the above terms.

Misc. Civil Application No.92/2023 is also allowed and the respondent no.19 is permitted to be served at the address indicated in paragraph 3 of the civil application. Mr Damania states that necessary steps will be taken and affidavit of service will also be filed before the next date.
