1. Appellant is represented by Advocate Ms. S. Parulekar.

3. It is informed that the matter has been finally settled in the Execution proceedings of the decree of the trial Court. The

Advocate for the Appellant undertakes to place on record copy of the settlement terms filed before the Trial Court within a period of 10 days. The said copy should be filed in the office of Legal Aid services of the Hon'ble High Court within said period. On placing on record such copy of settlement terms under the signature of Advocate for both the parties, same shall be placed on the record of the file of the First Appeal No. 42 of 2023 and whereupon the matter stand shall dispose off in terms of the said settlement terms. In case of failure on the part of Advocate for the Appellant to place on record the copy of the settlement terms duly signed by both the Advocates the matter shall be placed before the Hon'ble High Court for necessary action as required under the Law.
