2. In this view of the matter, I do not propose to pass any orders on this writ petition at this stage. There is no manner of doubt that the learned Appellate Court will take the appeal to its logical conclusion as the same has been listed for orders today at 2:30PM. If for some reason, it is not possible to decide the appeal today, learned trial Court is requested to decide the appeal 5th April, 2023
