2. The earlier orders show that the applicant is not appearing and even steps were not taken to serve the unserved respondents.

3. The present proceedings are in respect of a revision thereby challenging the concurrent findings of the Courts below. It seems that the petitioner/applicant is not interested in prosecuting the present revision and hence, the revision stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
