The learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed a pursis, which is marked 'X' for identification, enclosing a letter dated 15/02/2018 from the respondent no.3 Bank stating that the loan amount has been cleared by one Mudhit Madanlal Gupta after the respondent no.4 entered into an Agreement of Sale along with the petitioner and the respondent no.3 as confirming party. In the circumstances, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
