i have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicants with Shri A. Bhobe, learned Advocate opposing the application for the condonation of delay.

2. It is a matter of record that the ground urged in the application is that the award was sent to the Regional Office for further action and on account of the internal administrative procedure, the filing of the appeal was delayed which has not been seriously controverted by the respondents. Even otherwise, it is open to the respondents to assess the case of the applicants on merits. The application is therefore allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry to register the appeal.
