Heard Mr. R. G. Ramani, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants. The Respondents though served, failed to remain present.

2. This is an application to clarify the Order passed by this Court dated 10.03.2014 whilst granting the stay of the execution of the Decree passed by the learned Trial Judge.

3. Mr. Ramani, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, submits that as on 01.02.2017, the Respondents have deposited only a sum of Rs.47,00,000/- which is much less than the

MCA/145/2017 decretal amount.

4. The facts in the application stand uncontroverted. As the condition specified whilst granting the stay of the operation of Decree has not been complied with by the Respondents-Appellants, the consequences would naturally follow as such stay will no longer operate.

5. Application stands disposed of.
