During the course of the hearing, Mr. D. Lawande, learned Advocate General has placed on record a copy of an Order dated 12th April, 2017 appointing an Inquiry Officer to conduct an inquiry in the subject matter.

2. Mr. V. Rodrigues, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, however, apprehends that the applicant may not be heard. But, however, Mr. D. Lawande, learned Advocate General, states that the applicant can appear before the Inquiry Officer on 4th May, 2017 at 11 a.m.. In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of.
