Mr. Angle appearing for Respondent No. 1 seeks time to file Vakalatnama since Respondent No. 1 is abroad.

2. Heard Mr. Teles for the Petitioner, Mr. Angle for Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Faldessai for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

3. Mr. Teles fairly submitted that the matter before the learned Magistrate is now posted for final arguments and even such arguments were advanced before the earlier Presiding Officer about a year back, who was subsequently transferred.

4. Mr. Teles would submit that though the present Petition is filed in the year 2022, challenging the rejection of his Application for recall by order dated 14.09.2021, he now requests that the matter before the Trial Court be expedited.

5. Considering such a request and the fact that the matter before the Trial Court is at the final argument stage, the Petition could be disposed of by directing the learned Trial Court to decide the Criminal Case IPC No. 231/2013/A, within a period of two months from today. Both the learned Counsel for the parties undertake to cooperate with the learned Magistrate by advancing the final arguments so as to dispose of such case in the time bound manner.

6. The Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the said case within two months from today. The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is directed to inform the learned Magistrate by sending a copy of this order for compliance. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
