2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner has applied for regularisation of the subject structure on 02.11.2018. Thus, in effect, it is not disputed that the structure is illegal and unauthorised.

3. In such circumstances, no case for interference, with the concurrent orders passed by the authorities below, is made out. The petition is accordingly dismissed, with no order as to costs. This will however not come in the way of the competent authority to decide the application for regularisation on its own merits and in accordance with law. It is made clear that this

WP/187/2019 Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the regularisation application.
