Heard applicant No.1 in person. It is brought to my notice that by an order dated 4/4/2014, the learned Registrar had directed that the amounts be paid to the applicants as per their shares. Hence, the question of passing any further direction, would not arise.

2. Earlier, by an order dated 6/12/2013, there were specific directions issued to examine the documents and disburse the amount to the applicants. The learned Registrar shall, accordingly, verify the documents and proceed to disburse the amount in terms of the said order.
