The applicant seeks directions to the State to rectify Clause No.4 of order dated 20.12.2023 by clarifying that the promotions/appointments made would be subject to the outcome of Writ Petition No.420/2022. 2.

Since our order dated 07.09.2022 had directed that the promotions/appointments made would be subject to the outcome of Writ 13th March 2024

18 MCA-127-2024.DOC Petition No.420/2022, a necessary corrigendum will have to be issued to indicate this fact in the order dated 20.12.2023. 3.

Accordingly, Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 are directed to issue the necessary corrigendum within eight weeks from today. 4.
