This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.50,000/- which is lying before this court, which represents the maintenance awarded to the applicant. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for release of the amount. In such circumstances, the application is allowed as prayed. The amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) shall be released in favour of the applicant.

2. The remaining amount shall continue to stay invested in the fixed deposit.
