In so far as the interim relief is concerned, Mr. Bhobe points out that similar applications were dismissed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court during the pendency of the suit and the appeal, respectively. In the above circumstances, it would not be appropriate to grant any reliefs to the Applicants. 02/12/22
