Mr Amonkar submits that the Petitioner's complaints dated 12.10.2023 and 20.11.2023 at pages 28 and 33 of the paper book have not been disposed of by the appropriate authority. 19th March 2024

Learned Advocate General states that the Assistant Engineer, Electricity Department, Sub Division VI S/D - III, Mapusa - Goa (R-4) will dispose of the Petitioner's complaint in accordance with law and on their own merits within a month from today. If any adverse action is proposed against the 5th Respondent, then, necessary notice will be issued to the 5th Respondent.

By recording the above statement and directing the 4th Respondent to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition. 6.

We clarify that we have not examined the merits or demerits and accordingly, all contentions of all parties are left open. 7.
