Heard Shri J.A. Lobo, learned Advocate for the appellants and Shri V. Menezes, learned Advocate for the respondent no.10.

2. After hearing the learned Advocates for some time, the impugned order passed by the learned Ad-hoc Senior Civil Judge, Panaji dated 30/11/2016 is quashed and set aside. The Valuation Report prepared at the instance of the appellant shall be taken on record by the learned Trial Court and on considering both the Valuation Reports, the learned Judge shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law. The learned Trial Judge shall dispose off the proceedings within six months from today and latest by 31/12/2018.
