2. Without delving into the merits of the application, it is otherwise brought on record that about 8 to 10 material witnesses are yet to be examined on behalf of the State which would throw further light on the role played by the applicant in the criminal conspiracy of murdering the deceased Hassan Khan. Such being the position and even otherwise not finding any merit in the

CRMAB/80/2020 application, the same stands dismissed.

3. Liberty is however granted to the applicant to apply for bail afresh after three months where hopefully the material witnesses should be examined on behalf of the State.
