Execution of the impugned Judgment and Order dated 28.05.2019 is stayed subject to the applicants depositing in this Court the demanded amount of `1,69,68,926/- and `68,23,571/- with interest within six weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within six weeks, then, the stay now granted shall be deemed to have been vacated without further reference to this Court.

If the amount is deposited, the same should be invested in a Nationalized bank. This direction is without prejudice to the right of respondent no.1 to seek withdrawal on appropriate terms. 4.

Civil Application No.31/2023 is disposed of.
