This is an application for appointment of Smt. Yogita Prabhudessai, the mother of Master Ayush Digambar Prabhu Dessai and Kavya Digambar Prabhu Dessai, who are the minor children of Smt. Yogita, as natural guardian. Learned Counsel for the applicants states that their interests are not adverse to the proposed guardian.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
