Ms. Coutinho, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner very fairly points out that now the Panchayat has disposed of the complaints/Show Cause Notices. She states that the petitioner has already challenged the decision of the Panchayat. 2.

In this petition the allegation was that the Panchayat, despite our orders was not disposing of the complaints/Show Cause Notices. Now that this has been done, we do not think that we should proceed any further in this Contempt Petition.

Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to pursue the proceedings before the 2nd March, 2022
