2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 43 days in filing the First Appeal filed by the appellant. The delay is caused due to movement of file from one officer to other officer for scrutiny and in such process some time has been consumed. Delay is properly explained. Hence, it is condoned. Appeal to be registered accordingly.
