2. This is an application seeking leave to amend the petition. Mr Usgaonkar submits that the amendment is necessary on account of 21st February, 2024

MCA 118 of 2024 subsequent development.

3. The grant of leave is not opposed by the learned Counsel for the Respondent. Accordingly, leave is granted and this application is disposed of.

4. Mr Usgaonkar states that the amendment would be carried out within two weeks and copies of the amended petition would be furnished to the learned Counsel for the Respondents within the same period.
