Mr. Allauddin Maniyar, Secretary Village Panchayat Aquem - Baixo Salcete, Goa - Respondent no.1, as authorised makes statement that the Panchayat will take action in accordance with law based upon the Show Cause Notice dated 17/06/2016 within reasonable time and if possible within two months by following due procedure of law. In view of his statement the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
