REGISTRAR'S ORDER From the bailiff report dated 18th September, 2019, it reveals that the present address of respondent no.11 is of Mapusa, so he returned the notice unserved.

On perusal of the Appeal memo it reveals that the address of respondent no.11 is of Mapusa. Hence, re-issue notice to respondent no.11 on Court motion on the address of Mapusa. The notices of respondent nos. 20, 24, 33, 35, 36 and 37 have returned unserved. Accordingly, Appellants are not aware of any other addresses of the said respondents. So the appellants

have prayed to issue notices to the them by substituted services i.e. by publishing it in the daily newspaper widely circulated in the State of Goa. The application is supported by an affidavit. In view of the above, it reveals that the notices to respondent nos. 20, 24, 33, 35, 36 and 37 will not be served by ordinary means. Hence, issue notice to them by way of publication in any daily newspaper widely circulated in the State of Goa. The Appellants shall collect the publication notice, get it published. Thereafter to produce the newspaper alongwith Affidavit of service.
