The grievance in the Public Interest Litigation is to the construction of Buildings comprising flats in village Corlim without any provisions made by the State Authorities to take care of garbage. 2.

This issue is being monitored by this Court in another Public Interest Litigation for the reason the issue embraces all villages in Goa. 3.

Thus, we terminate the proceedings in the instant Public Interest Litigation permitting the petitioners to intervene in the Public Interest

Litigation in which the issue of disposal of garbage in Goa is being monitored by this Court.
