This is an application filed by the original petitioner seeking three months time to engage a lawyer to proceed with the above petition.

2. Mr. Coelho Pereira, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 has pointed out that three months time would be long period of time to engage a lawyer. Considering that the matter has been remanded by the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the application is partly allowed.
