Heard Mr. J. Mulgaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Ms.Valita D'Cunha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2.

Mr. Mulgaonkar, learned counsel for the applicant states that appeal of the respondents no.1 and 2 herein/original appellants has been dismissed and at the time of filing of the appeal entire amount of the award was deposited in this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents no.1 and 2 has no objection for release of the said amount.

3. Hence, Application is allowed. Amount under the award be paid to the applicant with accrued interest.
