2. The record indicates that service upon respondent no.1 has not been possible in the past, though some steps were taken to effect such service.

3. Ms. Kamat now requests for leave to serve respondent no.1 by way of substituted service by publication in daily 'Times of India' (Goa Edition).

4. The record indicates that respondent no.2 has been served through his wife. In these circumstances, leave is granted to serve respondent nos.1 and 2 by publication in 'Times of India'

MCA/162/2017 (Goa Edition). For the aforesaid purpose, the returnable date shall be 27/06/2017. The applicants to file affidavit of service along with a copy of the paper publication.
