2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant is a senior citizen and she has not received a notice of appeal.

3. Mr. Faldessai, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the Appeal proposal is pending before the Government. Registry is directed to calculate the amount payable to the applicant and pay accordingly on undertaking of the applicant that in case the respondents succeed in the appeal, the

MCA/158/2015 applicant will deposit the entire amount before this Court.
