2. This is an application to substitute the Arbitrator appointed pursuant to an Order dated 16.07.2010 as the Arbitrator Chief Justice (Retired) G. D. Kamat, has expired.

3. Both the learned Counsel have no objection in case a new Arbitrator is appointed.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I find it appropriate to appoint Justice N. A. Britto, Retired Judge of this Court, as a sole

MCA/280/2015 Arbitrator in substitution to the appointment of Chief Justice (Retired) G. D. Kamat, in the Order dated 16.07.2010.

5. Application stands disposed of.
