Application is already filed for condoning the delay and bringing on record legal representatives of respondent no.2. 3.

Accordingly, Misc. Civil Application No.190/2024 is allowed and the time limit for taking steps is proportionately extended.

Similarly, in Misc. Civil Application No.602/2024 (F), delay in applying to bring on record legal representatives of respondent no.2 is condoned. Abatement if any, is set aside. Leave is granted to bring such legal representatives on record. 5.

Mr Kakodkar states that necessary amendment will be carried out within ten days from today and steps also will be taken within the same period to serve the legal representatives. 6.

If no steps are taken within ten days, again, the appeal will stand dismissed as against the legal representatives of respondent no.2 without further reference to this Court. 7.

Both the Misc. Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
