It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant is a rustic villager and was not

903 CRMA 13 of 2021 aware of what procedure is to be followed. It is revealed that the applicant is a resident of Karnataka State and no family member of the applicant is residing in Goa.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objections for condoning the delay.

Hence, considering the reasons set out in the application, the delay in filing the Appeal is hereby condoned. Registry is directed to register the Appeal.
