Shri Rodrigues, submits that panchayat in this case first issued a show cause notice based on the complaint of the petitioner. Thereafter even a demolition order has been issued as regards to the structure put up by the respondent no. 4 in this petition.

Accepting the aforesaid statements made by Shri Rodrigues, we do not feel that there is any necessity of initiating any action in contempt of Court against the respondents.
