2. Learned counsel for the parties has placed on record the 13th June, 2023

WP 326 of 2018 Judgment and Order dated 24.05.2023 of the Civil Judge, Junior Division, 'D' Court at Panaji, District-North Goa in Regular Civil Suit No.151/2010/D. The suit is decreed in terms of the Consent Terms filed at Exhibit B-112. The parties are bound by the Consent Terms.

3. In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present petitions. The present writ petitions are an outcome of the dispute between the parties which has been settled. It is made clear that if there is any breach of the Consent Terms, liberty to apply and seek restoration of the present petitions.
