This application is filed for granting exemption to the petitioner from substituting legal representatives of deceased respondent nos.2 and 3 on the ground that such exemption is granted by the trial Court vide order dated 7.5.2022. Accordingly, permission granted by showing the cause tile against respondent nos. 2 and 3 as deceased.
