We are shown an extract of the minutes of the 143rd GCZMA meeting held on 7th March 2017. The decision taken was to keep the GCZMA action against the Petitioner company which runs the Kenilworth Beach Resort in abeyance since there are proceedings pending before the National Green Tribunal (NGT) and also before the Supreme Court. In view of this, Mr Desai, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to unconditionally withdraw the petition.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
