2. We have perused the averments in the civil application. We allow the same in terms of prayer clause 5(i), which reads as follows: "5(i) To amend P.I.L. W.P. 68/2019 and bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.12, as specified in Paragraph 3 of this Application."

3. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a week. Steps must 10th October, 2023

MCA 119 of 2023 be taken to serve the legal representatives within a week thereafter.

4. The petitioner to file an affidavit of service.
