The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the petitioners intend to take recourse to the remedy of filing a revision application under section 201 B of the Panchayat Raj Act. He, therefore, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the petition with the submission that the petitioners may be protected on the point of limitation.
2. Considering the submissions, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If the petitioners prefer a revision, the District Court shall decide the question of limitation having regard to the provisions of sections 5 and 14 of the Limitation Act. In the circumstances there shall be no order as to costs.
