2. This is an application for speaking to minutes of our order dated 16.01.2024. Mr De Sa submits that the thrust of the petition was not the order disposing the Petitioner's complaint on 14.10.2021 but the thrust of the Petition concerned some site inspection reports and the NOC granted by the GCZMA.

3. According to us, this cannot be a matter to be included in our order while entertaining a motion for speaking to minutes of our order.
