The respondent has filed an additional affidavit in connection with the relief sought by the applicants in this application.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and on perusal of Para. Nos.5 and 6 of the said additional affidavit filed by the respondent, we find that the above application can be disposed of by extending the time to make the payment in terms of order dated 11 December 2013 passed by this Court up to 30 October 2015 instead of 30 April 2015. All the other conditions in the said order shall continue to be in operation on the same terms and conditions.
