ORDER:

(i) There shall be interim stay of the impugned judgment and decree of the trial court during the pendency of the Civil Appeal No.73/2018.

(ii) The appellate court shall decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31/12/2019.

WP/199/2019 (iii) The parties to co operate for the time bound disposal of the appeal.
