Heard Mr. Bhobe, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Gaonkar, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. This petition challenges an order of demolition of the structure constructed by the petitioner. Paras 13 and 14 of the reply filed by the respondent shows that the order has already been executed and the subject structure has been demolished.

3. In such circumstances, nothing survives in the petition which is accordingly disposed off as infructuous with no order as to costs.
