Heard Mr. John Abreu Lobo, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Devidas Pangam, the learned Advocate General, who appears along with Mr. Deep Shirodkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4.

2. The complaint in this Petition is that though, the respondents have acquired only an area of 5 square metres of the petitioner's property, the respondents are undertaking activities way beyond this acquired portion of 5 square metres. In support, some photographs have been placed on record to show that some

WP/156/2020 cleaning activities have been undertaken in the portion of the property, in which, the petitioner claims interest and which is beyond the acquired portion of 5 square metres.

3. The learned Advocate General makes a statement that no activities will be undertaken beyond the acquired portion of 5 square metres. He, however, submits that there is proposal to acquire additional land in accordance with law.

4. We accept the statement of the learned Advocate General and according to us, the same, redresses the main grievance of the petitioner. The concerned Authorities to act consistent with the statement now made by the learned Advocate General. The Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this Order.
