2. It is not disputed that in the meanwhile the respondent no.3 has assailed the Judgment passed by the Tribunal which is pending for disposal before the learned Single Judge.

3. The above petition is essentially for a Writ of Mandamus considering that the interim relief was refused by the learned Single Judge. The above petition has been coming on board for admission and adjourned at the request of the learned Counsel awaiting the final decision by the Single Judge in the Writ Petition challenging the subject disqualification. In such circumstances, as the said Writ

WP/220/2016 Petition is already fixed for final disposal before the learned Single Judge, the question of taking any decision at this stage in the above Petition would not be justified.
