Considering the dispute involved, the learned counsel for the parties had taken time to find out whether instead of pursuing the matter further, it could be resolved.

Amrut 2 AAR5-18dt 29-06-2018 have resolved their dispute and they have arrived at amicable settlement and it is not necessary to pursue this application for appointment of Arbitrator.

On behalf of the Applicants, Applicant No.1 has signed the content terms. It is stated that the Applicant No.1 is the power of attorney for Applicant No.2, who is his wife. The learned counsel for the Applicants undertakes to place a copy of the power of attorney on record within a period of one week. Undertaking is accepted. 5.

It is informed that the parties are present in the Court. 6.

The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked 'X'.

The application for appointment of arbitrator is accordingly disposed of.
