By this application, the applicants are seeking directions for release of the share of applicant No.2, who was minor at the relevant time and amount towards her share was directed to be invested in the Fixed Deposit till she attains the age of majority. Reference is made to the order dated 07/07/2017 passed by this Court in MCA No.528 of 2017 in CA No.47 of 2017. The order reads as follows: "Ms. Y. Mandrekar, learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent no.1.

2. Since she has no objection to the withdrawal of the 50% of the amount deposited in the Court and in view of the order dated 21/03/2017 permitting such withdrawal, the application is allowed.

3. The amount to the share of the minor applicant shall be invested in the Fixed Deposit till she attains the age of majority.

4. The application stands disposed off accordingly. "

It is brought to the notice of this Court that applicant No.2 has now attained the age of majority and this is supported by a copy of Birth Certificate of applicant No.2 which shows the date of birth as 16/11/1999.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed in terms of the prayer made therein.
